Return Policy
All support@weber-orthopedics.com footwear products are offered as part of our final atelier clearance at significantly reduced prices. As such, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items.

Due to the nature of quality footwear materials, each pair of shoes may develop its own unique character over time. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on shoes that have been worn, tried outdoors, or show signs of use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us at support@weber-orthopedics.com with a photo of the issue, and we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at support@weber-orthopedics.com. We will arrange for the correct pair to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancel Your Order
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, your order has already entered our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, please send an email to support@weber-orthopedics.com within the first 30 minutes.
