How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. Free shipping is included with every order.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order here: Order Tracker. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after the number is generated — this is completely normal.

Why does my tracking show unusual or international locations?
Some of our courier partners route shipments through international sorting hubs. This is part of our delivery network and does not affect your delivery time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional markets in the future.

Is this product made from genuine materials?
Yes. This Weber Orthopedics product is crafted from high-quality, genuine materials. Over time, it may develop its own unique character — a natural sign of quality craftsmanship, not a defect.

How do I care for this product?

Can I return my order?
This product is sold at a final clearance price. All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work to find a solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, email support@weber-orthopedics.com within the first 30 minutes.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@weber-orthopedics.com with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us at support@weber-orthopedics.com. We will send the correct item immediately or offer a refund — your choice. You do not need to return the incorrect item.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Please check around your door, side entrances, or with neighbors — packages sometimes end up in unexpected places. If you still cannot locate it after a day or two, contact us and we will assist you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address — simply email us. If it is already in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
